The Global Distribution Systems (GDS) Fares & Ticketing – Basic to Semi-Advanced course is designed to provide practical, industry-focused training in airline reservations, fare pricing, ticketing, and Passenger Name Record (PNR) management from industry leaders.   • 2. Search flight schedules, availability, booking classes, and airline timetables using GDS.
  • 3. Create, retrieve, modify, Issue, Reissue Procedue, Refund Procedue.
  • 4. Perform domestic and international airline reservations.
  • 5. Display, interpret, and apply airfare rules, fare conditions, routing restrictions, and baggage allowances.
  • 6. Price itineraries accurately using automatic and manual fare quotation techniques.
  • 7. Issue electronic tickets (e-tickets) and understand ticket records, endorsements, and ticketing time limits.
  • 8. Process basic ticket changes, including cancellations, refunds, revalidation, and reissue procedures.
  • 9. Manage Special Service Requests (SSR), Other Service Information (OSI), seat assignments, and ancillary services.
  • 10. Fare Basis/ Fare Rules/BSP Link/RA/ADM/ADM Dispute/EMD etc.
